Ocean parameters

The 9 new ocean parameters from ECCC coupled model have been added to S2S archive for both real-time and on-the-fly reforecast runs since 06 Feb 2020 onwards.

coupled to ocean model NEMO 3.6 at 0.25° horizontal resolution and 50 vertical levels
- ECCC ocean analysis initialisation
- no ocean initial perturbation
- coupling frequency 15 minutes

GEPS 5

operational from 20 Sept 2018
Yin-Yang grid
increased the horizontal resolution from 50 to 39 km and the vertical one from 40 to 45 levels
20 years hindcast period changed from 1995-2014 to 1998 to 2017 from 27 Sept 2018
