What to do if you get a "Your login details are incorrect" message when trying to log in?

• If you are already registered with ECMWF please follow the "Password Reset" procedure below. This should give you a new temporary password that you should then change using the "Password Change" procedure.
• If you know that you are not registered with ECMWF or do not receive any password reset email (do make sure of checking your Junk/Spam folders) you can create a new user id by following: https://apps.ecmwf.int/registration/
