- Orange: Indicates which EFAS notification preceded the Pre-Tasking (with date of issue, area of validity, country and river basin).
- Blue: Subject of the mail and name of the service.
- Yellow: email attachments in .kml and .geojson output formats with country, region or basin specification and the date of sending the Pre-Tasking request.
- Red: the national authority authorised to request the activation of Pre-Tasking.
- Green: EFAS Officer on Duty (CEMS DISS) which has processed the request on the basis of the criteria in the forecasts explained above.
