The image below shows an example of EFAS Pre-Tasking email for the partner. The boxes highlight the main features:

  • Orange: Indicates which EFAS notification preceded the Pre-Tasking (with date of issue, area of validity, country and river basin).
  • Blue: Subject of the mail and name of the service.
  • Yellow: email attachments in .kml and .geojson output formats with country, region or basin specification and the date of sending the Pre-Tasking request.
  • Red: the national authority authorised to request the activation of Pre-Tasking.
  • Green: EFAS Officer on Duty (CEMS DISS) which has processed the request on the basis of the criteria in the forecasts explained above.

  • Blue: Subject of the mail to the name of the service.
  • Yellow: email attachments in .kml and .geojson output formats with country, region or basin specification and the date of sending the Pre-Tasking request.
  • Orange: Detailed description of the request.
  • Green: EFAS Officer on Duty (CEMS DISS) which has processed the request on the basis of fulfilling the criteria in the forecasts.
