Pre-requisite
Users need to be registered register to the EO Portal and have the following EUMETCast Terrestrial credentials in order to provision the service in their tenancies:

Please note, that even if you have an account and credentials for the EUMETCast Terrestrial for on-premise usage, a separate registration to the EO Portal is required for the EWC.
