C3S template

This version contains the following differences:

• New: the responsive "Proof of concept" ribbon
• New: the "Providers" additional item under the "About C3S" menu

To remove the "Proof of Concept" Ribbon, just remove the following two elements from the page:

1)  <img id="ribbon" style="position: absolute; left:0; top:-5px" src="theme/ribbon.png">
2) <img id="ribbon-preef-mobile" style="position: absolute; left:0; top:-5px" src="theme/ribbon-preef-mobile.png">

A further version for the template is under preparation, sligthly modified. This will contain the following changes: 

A)  Main menu: SERVICES -> new landing page: http://climate.copernicus.eu/services-0
     Updated the three submenus as follows:

•     Data Services -> http://climate.copernicus.eu/resources/data-analysis/average-surface-air-temperature-analysis
•     Sectoral Information Systems -> http://climate.copernicus.eu/sectoral-information-systems
•     The Climate Data Store -> http://climate.copernicus.eu/climate-data-store

B)  Main menu: ABOUT C3S

      Added another submenu after 'Providers' as follors 

• Evaluation and Quality Control -> http://climate.copernicus.eu/evaluation-and-quality-control-eqc

Version 3 contains the changes previously mentioned  on the SERVICES and ABOUT C3S menus

Dear Olga,

I am developing an interactive web application for C3S. I would like to add C3S header and footer to my application but keep the 2 column style of the main body. Eva provided me with the C2S_Template.zip, unfortunately I don't know what bits I need. Could you please advise?
